The ₹99 payment for the Comprehensive Driving Guide PDF is strictly non-refundable once the payment is processed and the download link is provided. Please ensure you want the product before completing payment.
If a student wishes to withdraw from a course before attending the first training session, a refund of the course fee minus a 10% administrative charge will be processed within 7 business days.
Once the first training session has been conducted, no refund will be issued for the course fee, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
In case of a documented medical emergency preventing course completion, the management may, at its sole discretion, offer a course credit (not a cash refund) valid for 6 months.
If sessions are cancelled by the instructor or school due to reasons within our control, affected sessions will be rescheduled at no cost. No monetary refund will be issued for individual rescheduled sessions.
To request a refund (where applicable), email us at info@drivesafe.com with your enrollment ID, reason for refund, and payment proof. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
