1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling at DriveSafe Driving Institute, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Course Fees

All fees are non-refundable once training has commenced. A ?500 discount is available on one-time payment on the first day.

3. Deposit (Special Course)

A refundable deposit of ?15,000 is required for the Special Course. This deposit will be returned after 365 days subject to completion of the course.

4. Attendance

Students must maintain regular attendance. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled without prior notice.

5. Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards trainers and staff at all times.

6. Liability

DriveSafe is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur outside of supervised training sessions.

7. Changes

DriveSafe reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
